Can this program be done at home?
This program can be done at home or the gym. There are workouts designed for both! -
What is the encouraged equipment for this program?
The at-home workouts require DBs and a fabric booty band. A bench and step are encouraged but not required. The gym workouts utilize cables, barbells, and machines. There are "alternate exercises" to choose from. -
Is this app and program available on an Android device?
Yes, this app and program are available for both iPhone and Android users! Once you sign up for a program through my website, you can download the Kristy Castillo Fit app on either Google Play or the App Store and use the login credentials to sign in and start enjoying the app! -
Is this program and app available worldwide?
Yes, this app and program can be done worldwide as long as you have a card that will process USD payments, as the subscription is in the United States Dollar. -
Do the workouts have videos?
Yes! These workouts are go-at-your-own-pace style with looping silent video demos for each movement to ensure that you're performing proper form and staying injury-free! This is not a follow-along workout-style program. Instead, you're given the prescribed sets and reps to perform at your own pace however slow or fast you'd like. -
What is the workout split each week?
The workout split varies from week to week. You will see Full Body, Accessories, Upper Body, Lower Body, and some workouts specific to certain muscle groups. -
How many workouts do I get?
You are given 5 workouts each week on your calendar. There is also a library of additional workouts to choose from if you would like to challenge yourself or focus on a specific goal. -
How long are the workouts?
Since the workouts are go-at-your-own-pace this will be different for each person. Typically workouts take between 30-45 minutes. -
Can I do these workouts as a beginner (or coming back to lifting weights after some time off)?
Yes, these workouts are for all fitness levels. I recommend using modifications or lifting lighter if you are just starting. -
If I can't commit to all 5 workouts, can I still do the program?
Yes, you can remove workouts from your calendar and move workouts to the best days for you! 3-4 days each week is a great way to reach your goals! -
Can this plan be done if I am pregnant?
You will need to consult with your doctor or OBGYN to see if this program is right for you while pregnant. There have been many subscribers who have used this programming with modifications when necessary throughout pregnancy, but note that this is not a pregnancy-specific workout program. -
Can this plan be done if I am postpartum?

Do you prescribe the weight to use inside the app for each movement?
This will take time to determine. The majority of your lifting should be done with ease and proper form. If you have the proper weight, the last 1-3 reps should be challenging for you but not impossible, and you should still be able to maintain proper form. -
How do I know if I am using the right weight on a movement?

Can I print my workouts?
Not at this time. -
Do I get access to previous workouts logged if I cancel my subscription?
Similar to any subscription that you have, you will have full access to all previous and future workouts as an active subscriber, but once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to view or log workouts. -
What is the cancellation process?
You can cancel in the app at any time. If you are subscripted to a subscription-based program you will need to cancel 48 hours before your next payment to avoid it being processed.
