Workouts



MOVEMENT. Fit Club is a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION workout program that includes simple and effective weight based exercises. I believe it's important to understand how to workouts help to build your body. A strong foundation is important for long-term results. Get ready to challenge yourself!
Workouts are accessed through my app and can be done at HOME (with a few sets of DB's and a booty band) or at the GYM! Workouts are provided for both and are fitting for anyone wanting to workout 3-5 days/week!

Macros


 
NUTRITION. Changing your body begins with nutrition. Macros are the basis of feeding your body what it needs. If you are sick of being stuck in a diet cycle this is for you! Fat loss happens when your body has the right amount and type of fuel. This is not a diet...this is fueling your body correctly! Building a badass body and mind begins within. 
I will provide personalized macro targets for you inside my app.
 

Accountability



GUIDANCE. I will be here to help you along the way! You will learn how to fuel your body, tone up and build confidence. You will gain the skills to stay motivated and learn the tools and mindset necessary to keep your results for life. You can message me anytime! There are many other women inside of this program so you can keep in touch with all of them daily inside my app for motivation and accountability!
