When you are feeling stuck and overwhelmed in your fitness journey it's often because you lack focus. You are thinking about too many things at one time which causes you to not know what kind of action to take. (I know, I've been there!)
You would like to lose weight, tone up, have energy, build muscle, fit in your clothes with confidence, fix your relationship with food... and on and on...
