You're trying to make a change for the better in yourself and in your body. Sometimes it can seem like that's ALL. we're doing! Our thoughts are consumed with what we're eating, what our workouts are, if we're drinking enough, if we're sleeping enough, etc. Often times, we resort to having an all or nothing mindset, and thinking we need to do something so drastic, and change every single thing that we're doing (newsflash: this isn't sustainable). This can lead us to overthink and become paralyzed, and we end up taking no action at all.
In today's episode, I'm covering 6 fitness habits that are holding you back, which are:
- Overtraining
- Under training
- Doing too much (or only) cardio workouts
- Overly concerned with the amount of calories burned
- Fear of lifting weights
- Not taking rest days (or resting enough, period)
