I know sometimes purchasing heavier weights isn't in the budget or you simply don't have the space for more equipment. In this episode I am talking about 9 different ways you can continue to level up the difficulty of your workouts and get the results you want, even if you only have access to minimal workout equipment. Here are just a few:
- Supersets
- Pyramid training
- Tempo changes
- Circuits
Keeping your body challenged is most important and I want to teach you how to do that and not break the bank! It's more simple than you thought. You do not need a ton of equipment, space or time to change your body.
