I get this question often: "How do I know if I'm eating enough?"

Your body is smart and chances are it's giving you signals to let you know whether you are eating enough or whether you need more calories/energy. Most of the physical signs of not eating enough have become so common that unfortunately we don't recognize these signs when they arise. 

In this episode I talk about 6 very common signs that you are not eating enough. Some additional signs include:
  1. Extreme hunger and cravings
  2. Loss of strength during workouts
  3. Difficulty falling and staying asleep
  4. Low libido

This episode will open your eyes to the reality of what under eating, cutting carbs and constant dieting is doing to your body. The good news is... it's a simple fix to start feeling better.
