157. Real Talk: Do We All *Really* Have the Same 24 Hours as Beyonce?

You’ve probably heard the saying “we all have the same 24 hours in a day”.
Honestly, this is one of those statements that drives me CRAZY!
So, I’m just going to come out and say it…
We do NOT all have the same 24 hours in a day.
Sure, we all ‘get’ a total of 24 hours every day, but they do NOT look the same. Not all time is created equal!
I know you have a lot on your plate, but that doesn’t give you permission to use the whole ‘I don’t have time’ excuse indefinitely, either. It’s important to make the most of YOUR 24 hours - especially if your health and fitness is a priority!
You’re not a loser, and you’re not a failure - you just don’t have the same amount of time as Beyonce, or anyone else!
Thankfully, you DO have time to focus on what really matters to you. Stop waiting for life to be ‘less busy’, and make it happen NOW!
